I found Suzanne through Google search. I was hoping to lose weight and I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. I thought hypnosis was going to take me completely under and I would 'wake up' with weight loss thoughts. Suzanne showed me that hypnosis doesn't work like that but supports me in my journey. After just a few hypnotherapy sessions, everything has started to shift. I’ve realised I don’t need to starve myself during the day and I’m consciously making better choices. I’ve cut down from 10 coffees a day to just 4, I’m drinking more water, eating lighter dinners, and actually enjoying healthy food.
Instead of reaching for chocolate or constant nibbles, I’m pausing to reflect on my triggers - and when I do have a treat, like a homemade bun or a little square of chocolate, I enjoy it without guilt. For the first time in years, I’m waking up without that ‘I stuffed up yesterday’ feeling.
I’m thinking in a more positive way, and I truly believe I can make this a lifelong journey. Listening back to the hypnosis audios, I keep noticing new insights that support me. I even went out shopping, felt good, and bought a fitted top - something I never would have worn before.

I reached out to Suzanne when I felt like I needed help losing weight after previously having tried an online hypnosis program with good success. The 6 sessions I had with Suzanne have been the most transformative sessions I could have gone through and would recommend her for anyone, even those not needing weight loss! Suzanne made me realise my belief behind disliking my own body and helped me move away from that. She also opened my eyes to the love and life I have around me that I was not noticing due to childhood traumas. She lifted a negative lens that I was wearing which I was seeing my life through. I walked into her clinic as a self-depracating, afraid girl and stepped out after Week 6 as an empowered woman with so much love for my body and my life. Before working with Suzanne, I felt like I had lost myself. I have just completed Suzanne's 6 session Weight Loss NLP & Hypnosis program and feel a different person!
When we first started working together I was in a mess, emotionally all over the place and was "eating my emotions" on a daily basis. Even after the very first session I felt more empowered, Suzanne was so kind and understanding, gave me a bunch of tools to use and her process was much more about being kind and gentle with myself rather than sticking to a rigorous diet.
Now I have a totally different outlook on my health, my sleep, my fitness and the role that food plays in restoring my gut. I look and feel much slimmer, I've been releasing the kilos on the scales too which is gratifying (although it's never been about watching the numbers).
