Clinical research shows that self-hypnosis has been scientifically proven to enhance weight loss when used in conjunction with healthy eating and movement. In fact self-hypnosis is something that we do every day - like when we are watching TV. We actually go into a relaxed trance state and we're very suggestible.
When we listen to a Hypnosis audio, we are also in a very suggestible and relaxed trance state. In this state, our sub-subconscious mind listens to everything very intently - even though our conscious mind may drift and wander.
In each of these recordings, you will be gently guided into a very relaxed trance state, where I will help you to retrain the neural pathways of your brain, so your subconscious mind can change old ways of thinking, and it will become so much easier for you to create the changes that you truly desire in your life.
Changes to current thought patterns can be created when the mind and the body are fully relaxed, and with repetition we can start to change our way of thinking.
Hypnosis will only work for you if you WANT to make the changes. Hypnosis can NOT make you do anything that you consciously don't want to do, or to do something that someone else wants you to do.

My 3 Step Success Plan
1. Make sure you are in a comfortable position with NO interruptions and NO multi-tasking.
2. Use the power of your imagination to CREATE images of the you that you want to be while you are listening to the audio.
3. Make time to listen to your audio DAILY for at least 30 days to embed the changes into your subconscious mind.
