Meet Suzanne Ingleton - MindBodyWeight Reset and Eating Psychology Coach
My story goes back some 10+ years now when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and as I walked out of my last Radiotherapy treatment, I vowed to myself that one day I would be able to give back – and with courage, strength and perseverance – here I am, and I want to be able to help YOU work through your health and emotional challenges. I have come from a diverse background – from working in the corporate telecommunications industry to Personal Fitness Training, teaching Reiki and Meditation and struggling through the emotional and physical toll of Breast Cancer and Domestic Violence.
So how can I help you?
As an Eating Psychology Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, I tackle weight from a unique mindset perspective and I believe in educating women about how the mind can influence the body and ultimately our metabolism - especially when it comes to losing weight.
I'm here to help you take the weight off your mind and body so that you can feel happy and confident in the skin you are in and get off the dieting cycle for good!
