Before working with Suzanne, I felt like I had lost myself. I wanted to create healthy habits, have more energy, and feel comfortable in my own body—not just for me, but for my girls, to be a better role model for them, and to feel happier for my husband. I was happy with my life, but not within myself. Anxiety held me back, and I found myself staying home more than I wanted to. I longed to be more adventurous and live a more active lifestyle, but I didn’t know how to break free from old habits.
That all changed with Suzanne’s incredible support. Through hypnosis for anxiety, I started shifting my mindset, and suddenly, things that once felt difficult became easy. Now, I get out every day. I walk to the shops instead of rushing to drive home. I walk the kids to school with the dogs—something I never would have done before. My energy levels have completely changed. I no longer feel drained or look for excuses to sit down; I just get things done! Most importantly, I feel happier, more confident, and closer to my bubbly, vibrant self again. I see myself as healthier, and I’m even noticing the changes in my face. Hypnotherapy for anxiety has helped me reclaim my life in ways I never thought possible.

I have just completed Suzanne's 6 session Weight Loss NLP & Hypnosis program and feel a different person!
When we first started working together I was in a mess, emotionally all over the place and was "eating my emotions" on a daily basis. Even after the very first session I felt more empowered, Suzanne was so kind and understanding, gave me a bunch of tools to use and her process was much more about being kind and gentle with myself rather than sticking to a rigorous diet.
Now I have a totally different outlook on my health, my sleep, my fitness and the role that food plays in restoring my gut. I look and feel much slimmer, I've been releasing the kilos on the scales too which is gratifying (although it's never been about watching the numbers).
I am excited to continue making progress on my weight and overall health. I would definitely recommend anyone who feels at all miserable about their weight to contact Suzanne and have her guide you to success 🙏

The first visit is mainly to talk through the reasons you want to stop

I came to Suzanne feeling hopeless, stuck, stressed and overwhelmed not only with my life, but with my food and weight. I was constantly obsessing over food and my weight to the point that it was such a huge effort to live every day. I was diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder and I had tried everything over the years without success, I was beginning to think weight loss surgery was the only way I would be able to lose the weight and stop binging for good.
Soon after my first session, I started to see the light. I had completely stopped binge eating and began listening to my body and making healthier and more nourishing food choices. Suzanne showed me that it was not my weight or my food choices that were the cause of my issues, it was my mind that was driving those behaviours. She helped me let go and release old emotions that were keeping me stuck and she helped me to learn to love myself. In turn, I did not turn to food for comfort and I felt confident in myself and my food choices. I also began to feel at ease about going for walks outside after releasing emotions of trauma that kept me home and too anxious to go out by myself.
By the end of the program, I had lost 5.5kg and over 12cm all over my body, but I came to realise that weight wasn't everything to me anymore. I had learned to love myself and my body. I learned that my weight does not determine my body's value, because it does so much for me every day and is truly amazing. I learned to love moving my body, not to lose weight but for my health and wellbeing.
I have finished the program feeling empowered and in a much better head space. I am confident in myself and all the changes I have made and I am confident that these changes are forever. I honestly cannot believe the changes in myself, the way I talk to myself, the way I think about food and weight and the way I think about moving my body.
I am such a different person now that I actually feel sad for the Lauren that came in at the start of the program. Coming to Suzanne was the best decision I have ever made. If you had told me 2 months ago that I would have been COMPLETELY BINGE FREE AFTER 9 YEARS I would have never have believed you - and no diet plan in sight!
I feel really at peace and content with where I am in the present moment.

I have recently completed Suzanne's 6 week course and it has been amazing! As a result, I have changed the way I think and feel about both food and myself. I have broken old bad habits and challenged old beliefs that were harming my ability to do life well. I now continue to loose weight and no longer struggle with cravings or the compulsion to binge on junk food!
