Scientific studies show that messages sent from our mind which are created by our emotions have physical effects on our body. These messages are sent via neurotransmitters as chemical messengers. They can affect our blood pressure, heart rate, sleep patterns, and the way we eat.
The quickest way to enhance our MindBody Connection is by Hypnosis.
Hypnosis is a very natural state of being, and we are in a Hypnotic or Trance state many times during the day, which is self-induced. Trance state is simply focussed awareness, which most people have experienced when they are watching TV or are at the movies, or even while driving or standing in a queue.
All Hypnosis is Self-Hypnosis, and as a Hypnotherapist, I can't make you do anything. You actually do it yourself by simply following my instructions and taking on all the positive suggestions as your own.
Being in a trance state is very similar to guided imagery and is a relaxed form of concentration, almost identical to a daydream.
When you are in hypnosis you are aware of everything going on around you – every sound and where you are. However, you are very focussed on your own thoughts and ideas. We craft the suggestions needed to get results by creating the images, ideas and feelings around what you want.

Your thoughts become things and send powerful messages into all the living cells of your body so that every part of you has the same intention!
You can think a thought and your body will respond either in a biochemical or physical way;
Happy thoughts = smiling
Sad thoughts = frowning
Fear = rapid heartbeat
Stress = cortisol & Insulin increase
So even if none of these things were actually happening to you in the moment - a mere thought will trigger a response in your body.
When a thought is repeated often enough, it becomes a habit which leads to either helpful or unhelpful behaviour.
By using Hypnosis, we can create helpful behaviours much faster than waiting 60 – 90 days to create a habit!
When it comes to eating and exercising, we are mostly “taught” how to do this by our external environment – parents & care givers, observation , social media.
Unfortunately, we are very often given the wrong messages or not shown a way that is helpful to the body to function in its optimal state – by being healthy and fit from the inside out.
