I’ve been working in the health and wellness space for over 15 years helping women like you to become the healthiest and best versions of themselves. As a women who has navigated through menopause and had my own eating and health challenges, I have decades of lived experience to offer. I'm a fully qualified Menopause Weight Loss and Eating Psychology Coach, Hypnotherapist & Master Neuro Linguistics Practitioner and have a background as Personal Trainer & Meditation Teacher.

In the Menopause MindBody Reset Program, you will gain access to your own online Members Portal which will contain video lessons of approx. 30mins – 1hr duration, detailed and downloadable nutritional guides, resources, recipes and Hypnosis Audios plus a supportive community of women to tap into.
By integrating hypnotherapy, eating psychology, neuro-linguistic mindset practices, and science backed nutritional and life style strategies. With over 15 years of experience, Suzanne addresses both the physical, mental and emotional dimensions of menopause, providing sustainable, long-term solutions.
This program does not cover medications as this is between you and your doctor. Instead, it emphasizes natural life style strategies and stress management techniques, including mind-body practices and nutrition specific to the menopausal women to balance your hormones and enhance your overall health.
There are no restrictive dieting practices in the program. Based on healthy lifestyle and aging studies and research, the recommendation is to follow the Mediterranean style of eating as it has profound and proven benefits to support women transitioning thru all areas of menopause. The program promotes balanced and mindful eating habits, helping you develop a healthy relationship with food. The goal is to understand your body’s nutritional needs during menopause and make lasting lifestyle changes.
Yes, the program includes a generalised fitness component designed to encourage movement and bring awareness to the importance of improving fitness for health which is essential during menopause and for healthy aging.
To join the program, you’ll need a computer or mobile device with internet access. More importantly, you need a commitment to engage in the process and apply the practices recommended to achieve optimal results.
The time you need to dedicate depends on your goals and schedule. Typically, you will need to spend 1 hour each fortnight listening to the modules, plus time to implement new and healthy lifestyle strategies, which could comprise of approx 1 hour per day. The program is flexible and can be tailored to fit your lifestyle.
During the initial launch phase of this program the cost will be $197 for the 12 week online program. Investing in your health is a crucial step toward your future well-being.
The program is delivered over 12 weeks, during which most participants see significant improvements. After the 12 weeks has concluded, you are welcome to stay on and have access to the Members Portal for a nominal administration fee of $17/month. During the program you are welcome to download any of the resource materials which are yours to keep either digitally or in print. Ongoing support is available via our Community FB Group called The Holistic Reset for a monthly membership fee of $97. You can find out more HERE.
